TAGGING
We strongly encourage tagging; however, please call ahead to schedule an appointment. If you prefer that we select your plant material, be assured we will select the finest plants available from our inventory. Clients who come to tag without their landscaper will be charged full retail price. Landscape clients may tag material in our garden center for pick-up by their landscaper. We will hold that plant material for 7 days and the material must be picked up and paid by our wholesale customers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This catalog cancels all previous catalogs. All prices are F.O.B. Crest Hill, Illinois and subject to change without notice. Our usual terms are C.O.D. unless credit terms have been previously arranged through our office. Special quantity prices can be quoted on a per order basis. Illinois businesses with Tax I.D. # should complete the 'Certificate of Resale' form and mail or fax it to us at (815) 744-7844. Illinois businesses without Tax I.D. # are charged 7% sales tax on all plant material.

CLAIMS
Plants purchased at wholesale prices carry no guarantee. However, if you experience any problems with your plant material , please notify us immediately by phone or fax and in writing upon receipt of the goods. We will work with you to resolve your claim when received within seven (7) days of pickup or shipment. Any delay in reporting problems may result in an inability to process claims.

CANCELLATIONS
There are NO cancellations once plant material has been dug. We do not accept returns of plant material ordered in error, in excess of job requirements, or materials cancelled by the dealer's customer. Additionally, it is your responsibility to bring tie down material and appropriate blocking, and to bring your own tarp to cover the entire load. Even short trips without proper cover can desiccate your plant material.

PICK-UP
In order to provide our customers with the highest quality plant material possible, all dug trees must be picked up within seven (7) days of the scheduled pick up date. Failure to do so could result in a maintenance fee of $5.00 per plant per day, and a restocking fee of 20% of the original order amount. Our normal pick up times are Mon.-Fri. 7:30 a.m. thru 4:00 p.m., Sat. 7:30 – Noon, unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.
