We strongly encourage tagging, however, please call ahead to schedule a tagging appointment. If you prefer that we select your plant material, be assured that we will select the finest plants available from our inventory.

Terms & Conditions
The offerings of these web pages cancel all previous web pages. All prices are F.O.B. Crest Hill, Illinois and subject to change without notice. Our usual terms are C.O.D. unless credit terms have been arranged. A 2% discount can be earned whtn payment accompanies order. Special quantity prices can be quoted on a per order basis. Illinois businesses, with a Tax I.D. #, should complete a 'CERTIFICATE OF RESALE' form and mail or fax it to us. Illinois businesses without a Tax I.D.# are charged 6.5% sales tax on plant material only

Claims
If you experience any problems with your plant material, please notify us immediately by telephone or fax and in writing upon receipt of the goods. We will work with you to resolve these claims when received in this manner. Any delay in reporting problems may result in an inability to process claims. We guarantee all plants to be true-to-name and disease free.

Cancellations
There are NO cancellations once plant material has been dug for you.
We do not accept returns of plant material ordered in error, in excess of job requirements, or materials cancelled by the dealers’ customer.
